Hazel Henderson gifted her St. Augustine home to her green economy community with the hopes to continue the work she built over sixty years. The Hazel Henderson Center — officially zoned by the City of St. Augustine for dialogue, education, and action — is now a permanent, active institution: ground breaking meetings, social entrepreneurship clases and certifications, leadership and writers residencies, a research library of 5,600 cataloged materials, a growing intern program, and a community of aligned organizations gathering here throughout the year.

The Hazel Henderson Center is a Florida not-for-profit corporation and a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts, grants, and sponsorships made to the Center are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our EIN is 41-2894661; a copy of our IRS determination letter is available on request.
